    Can I tumble a glued bottle?

    If the top has the right epoxy it can be tumbled and it will polish to a clean shine. I have done many with epoxy repairs and the come out real good. But if the epoxy is a cheap type it will come off and could break the rest of the bottle in to many pieces, contact me if you need any more help...

    TO CLEAN OR NOT TO CLEAN?

    take them off by soaking it in muratic acid and water 50/50 for a day or 2 and that will take care of them and increase the value of it. if it still needs cleaning i can help if your intrested in having it tumbled. rick

    they have different sizes of shells. I tried them once but the best way to use them is like a sand blaster, that is the way they are to be used. But i am not sure how good this vibrateing tumbler will work. but i tried many different ways till i bought one and then made 4 more tumblers. rick...

    I would say just rinse them with water would do the trick. But i would guess they may have been there all ready, tumbling would remove most of them

    quick question about tumbler

    I have left bottles on the tumbler with a the 1500 cutter and it polished it good. but not the stronger cutters, But most of your polishes and cutters break down as you tumble them. I have let a junk bottle in for 10 days with 600 and it came out semi polished, just a little haze left, but let...

    Making your own tumbler

    Hey dont laugh, i saw a guy who took a drier and took it all apart and just used the motor and the tub and cut the front and back off the tub and made and x with steel bars and used large hose clamps to attach the tubes to them and used it for tumbling, it was in glass work magazine once rick

    I agree with guntherhess, but if the contents are dry and it has a lable i would keep intact, your item should be dumped and cleaned.
