Well, Sam (athometoo) took me out on my second dig this past Sunday. Found a few cool bottles and just had a awesome time, and it was a great to finally meet Sam. He's one knowledgable dude, taught me a lot in just the few hours we were out digging. I definately look forward to going on more digs with and learning everything I can from him. I've pictured some of the finds below. Nothing too special I don't think, but good enough for me to bring back home. And as for the title of this post, lets just say that it looks like I'm wearing a posion ivy scarf. Apparantly some of the roots we were diggin through were of the poison ivy variety. Only skin that was exposed on me was from the neck up. Got a little on my forehead, not too much on my face, but good gracioius my neck is tore up. And in Sam's defense, he did warn me before going to this spot that poison ivy is pretty bad. I guess I just got too excited when we started pulling bottles out of the ground, and just never even thought about it anymore. But, gives me a story to tell I guess. I will definately be more careful next time!
