Nice color, those JSP's come in a wide a color range and display great. Is the mineral water pontiled?
Here is an 1890 ad which gives the details. According to the ad, the product was first put on the market in this country in 1866 and sold as Hoff's Malt Extract by one Leopold Hoff. In 1868 the business was "transferred" to Joseph S. Pedersen, hence the JSP monogram. The next year the product became property of Tarrant & Company.
