For a $12 donation you will be entered into a lottery to win this free blown miniatue demijon (about 5Ĺ" tall). High kickup and a believe pontilled. Nice applied lip and great, clean aqua color.
Void if there are not 10 or more donators. New donators are most welcome but all may participate.
It's not about the bottle, it's for the forum.[attachment=ABNdemi.jpg]
Thanks Mitch. I was hoping for some new support but it is appreciated, I know there are a lot of members that have picked the collective brain pool here for years and have never donated. Many of them are active sellers as well. If you end up as the only one, it's yours, screw the hope of ten. When I first asked about this it was thought maybe Jersey 1850 or so but I have my doubts. I think about the same age but from Europe. Those opinions were just from a few pictures, not an in hand look. I can't say who's correct, I'm not that good. I should have taken it to the last show and ask for opinions there.I'll let this ride for a week or so and see what happens.I'm due and will donate but I'm excluding myself from the entry.
Well, it looks like a 50/50 between you two. Very disappointing but appreciated.[:(] I was really hoping for some "fresh blood". I guess a coin toss is all I need though so that's easy. Should I film it?.[8|]
Give it to Bert ! But I will donate too ! pm me your address and I'll send my donation to you Eric, I don't have PayPal. I would have thought there would have been more interest too. Money is tight for people these days I guess. That is a really nice bottle and gesture ! Mitch
It is not an easy thread to find. I don't come here as much as I used to, but here is how I check AB. First the what is it Pre-1900. Then the digging. Then maybe the Post-1900 what's it. And then every once in awhile, I check some of the other categories.
And does the Supporter logo go away after so long? I donated once, just before the site was updated, but thought that it should have been sufficient to cover me for a couple years. Not that I need to recognition.
