I got to agree w/ ya on that one, getting old. Was not a word here mentioned about him untill I did on the 28th next thing ya know you would think the dude was on a first name basis w/ some here and on their speed dial.

The worst of it is is on ebay.................................geezushchrist the starting prices.

I'm going to an auction tommorrow w/ a good many Pepsi bottles for sale, wonder what they will bring.

I spoke with the seller who simply shared that, although the Bessemer hutch he had listed on ebay with an opening $12K price did not elicit any bids, that he no longer has the bottle a day after the auction ended.

On a different note ... Collectors out there take note that I'm interested in putting together all examples of the Alabama script coke hutches (Bessemer, Jasper, and the 2 Birmingham examples root & DOC)in the best original condition possible and am prepared to pay a premium.

No I am not a "shiek" but an all American collector. All responses confidential if and when these become available.
