The red is 12 oz, which is what mine is versus 10 oz. thanks Bob.

From what I have seen the 12 oz bottles had the red neck, the 10 oz bottles had the white neck, and the red and white neck was on both. I had one with the white circle when I first started collecting in high school (late 70's) and have been looking to replace it ever since. If anyone has one for sale please let me know.
