Can anyone help with these two bottles? The Birdsboro bottling works bottle has a 2B on the bottom, I think it's a machined bottle.
The light blue bottle is the one -I'm really having trouble with. I can't find any information about it. The embossed lettering says
A. R. Cox with NORRISTOWN, PA underneath, I've shown in the picture the bottom of the bottle, the pontil is off-center and the base is uneven. It has alot of air bubbles in the glass. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Motorcyclemaniac: I believe both of these bottles are somewhat common to the bottle collecting community. From what I see in your picture, the A.R. Cox is smooth based, not pontilled. All that I've encountered have been greenish aqua. If its cornflower-cobalt blue, probably disregard my above mentioned comment as color usually reigns. I've seen several of the aquas in the past and they seem to do $15-$20 on ebay when sold. Not sure about the Birdsboro, but get the feel that its maybe $10-$15 or thereabouts.
If theyre keepers, it doesnt matter anyway. If not, listing them on ebay is a surefire way to value them.
Thanks for the post and good luck.
