First one is a mustard or pickle jar, stands about 9 in, on its shoulder its embossed with "GEO. W. MENZ LOU. KY." on the bottom is "K Y GW Co" which stands for kentucky glass works, from around 1870s-80s i think.

Second one is a small flint glass bottle, stands about 3 1/2 in, its clyindrical in shape on one side of it says "VEGETABLE CERATE" other side of it says "AND HAIR RESTORATIVE" the s on restorative is backwards, its got a messy pontil mark on the bottom, think its called broken,

I have seen pontil marked versions of the Lane's in collections. They are quite rare. A smooth base example is going to be worth much less but its still a very good bottle to find. Probably dates late 1850s to 1860s.

The cerate (hair wax) I am not familiar with. Sounds like it has a solid rod pontil mark similar to many English bottles have. You might try asking Don Fadely at hair Raising Stories
