I was putting some groceries in the back of the car and saw this jug wrappwed ina towel
So there were four jugs...20 mile drive and it slipt my mind...out of site out of mind I guess!

W.H. Beach is listed but there is no location or date. There is also a Beach & Litchfield from Newark, NJ 1869-1874 as a mineral water manufacturer. There are glass bottles with these two names also. Since you already have a Litchfield and these bottles were all found together I would say it is pretty sure that Beach is the same guy. That is cool that four different stoneware bottles were found in an old town. Were they in privies, dumps, or in old buildings? stonebottle

They came out of privvy's all on the same block that no longer exists
Thx for all the info!
I'm not a big stoneware collector but figured I could do something with them.
