7" green bottle

What can anyone tell me about this bottle. To me it looks like a miniture wine bottle. and why is the bottom like that

A small wine bottle it is indeed... and the reason the bottom is like that depends on who you ask... the seller will tell you it is scientifically designed to maximize the capture of sediment, while the buyer will say I'm short a glass of wine...

Do you have a time period that this bottle might have been made

Well, it's difficult to pinpoint exactly, but I'd say, ...around lunchtime, maybe 12:30..?
