.....and i didnt think it was necessary to state that copyright should read "by The Seven Up Co", but I shall now...and anything else in my opinion is a fantasy label

Okay, I may just be completely paranoid, but since my post some odd labels have appeared on ebay. I'm starting to think I'm educating the wrong people..This (as well as others) have been posted.....Looks pretty good right? .."YOU LIKE IT" but apparently only "T" LIKES YOU.....

Just for the record ...

Even though the previously posted chart and various other sources indicate that amber 7up bottles bottles were last made in 1939-1940, about a year ago I came across this eBay example from 1942. And because of it I started looking for later examples, but I never did find one. As far as I know, 1942 was the last year they were made.

PS ~

Notice on the 1944 bottle I just posted that it has eight bubbles. Most accounts claim the switch from eight bubbles to seven bubbles occurred in 1938-39. So the 1944 Houston example is an exception to that so called rule!
