Hey NorCal,
Here's some information on your Maltine: http://bottlesboozeandbackstories.blogspot.com/ Scroll down the page about 3/4 of the way to find Maltine.
I believe Ozomulsion, or at least it's advertising claims were a casualty of the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906: htmp://www.bottlebooks.com/questions/July%202001/Ozomulsion%20and%20Psychine.htm I personally love the name of this stuff, conjurs visions of the Yellow Brick Road.
The Holbrook's was a Brittish sauce. Here's a bit from Digger O'Dell : http://www.bottlebooks.com/questions/Oct2001/october_2001_questions_ask_digge.htm It is not quite 1/2 way down the page, just bellow the picture of the Mellin' Food execs. They made, and still make a variety of food and flavoring items. I've got a quart size in my collection
I really want to visit your island someday...
