i am wondering about the value of a bottle that i found, i cant forward pictures of my specififc bottle but i found a similiarr one with pictures at this link, it is the Amber on the right. https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/745...ch_query=abbott+lab+bottle&ref=sr_gallery-1-1

mine is slightly different in that the seam doesn't go to the threads, so i think it is a little older, although i may just be blind, and on the bottom there is a 5 in front of the word lab and there is no 6 or period after it. i believe it held calcidin capsules

Unfortunately I don't think that one's worth anything. The seam not going to the threads doesn't necessarily mean it's an old bottle, there are some ABM bottles that were made in a way where the seam stops before the lip. If it's genuinely old it'll look more like a 19th century handmade bottle than a 1940s machine-made bottle. But even if it's genuinely old I'm afraid it's still not worth much.
