Codd bottles were first made in 1872 thru the 1920's, they became popular again overseas in the 1940-50's it seems...

The bottle is definitely from India.. maybe it was brought to Turkey during World War 1 ..? Are you close to Gallipoli?

So, the very old man's father was maybe in Turk army and took this as a souvenir from the battle?

This Codd Bottles are not belong to 1940-50's
I thing that they belong to 1910's and early 1920's
