I got it at the last Heckler auction, I don't recall any other examples being offered. There was a 1991 sticker on the base... For whatever it's worth.

Mine wasn't from the Heckler Auction, it was a small auction in PA. somewhere....they seemed to think it was of English origin Gary..

I have no idea, I just remember posting it here in the auctions section along with about 20 or so of their other bottles. Not my area of expertise as we all know, this is your field to say the least....
