Hi everyone. I just picked up this mineral water bottle in a local antique shop, along with a couple of medicines, but I can't find any info on it. Embossing along the bottom front reads "THE GREATEST DYSPEPSIA WATER EVER DISCOVERED". It could be from PA, VA, WV, or MD. If it was from Virginia, wouldn't it be spelled Alleghany? Anyone have the scoop on this one...origin, rarity, value? Thanks!

One sold at auction in NC in 2009, nothing else comes up....the spelling seems common in the late 1800's..... http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:p5IL6Ji7KSwJ:www.mebaneauction.com/09ccs/bottles.htm+%22allegheny+water%22+%22GREATEST+DYSPEPSIA+WATER+%22&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

Thanks epackage. I saw that in my preliminary research, but figured that the "rare" was referring to the green color. Got excited there for a split second. Even though its not a fancy color, I love the embossed figure, and of course the medical claim. :)
