Kinda looks like a Hock Wine except the bottom isn't a push-up. Maybe a whiskey?

Well I would like to know what the finish is. I have been collecting and studying some of these early hand blown bottles especially those where there are vertical tilting lines in the neck caused by turning the bottle to reduce the mold seam showing. This looks like it could be that type of bottle, except the pictures don't show it all. RED Matthews
