Another coffin poison!

Yup, found another one. This one is slightly smaller than the first, slightly darker, and, unfortunately slightly cracked on the backside. Still looks great from the front though. Also found a nice local blob top. Here are the two poisons together. The one on the left is the new one.

Great Find Richard. 40 years of digging and no Coffin Poison for me yet. But there's always that next shovel full. Thanks for sharing and Good Luck on the next dig. Buster

We had a story of a local (non bottle) guy that was having a garage sale a few years back,...He was selling these for 10.00 apiece, and had a whole box of them....Of course we heard about it after the fact.....[] The story was verified by the guy himself, as he related the story to me at the lumberyard, when I worked there,... he was a local contractor and heard I collected bottles and told me of these odd coffin shaped bumpy blue bottles he found in his dad's garage....[8|] Anyhow, pretty cool to find two of them Richard....

rare to find 2 of these on the same dig. Shame it's cracked, but 2 is better than 1. If you find a green one, me know IMMEDIATELY. []

logub, keep the faith - I was glad with the one, but 2 is better, and 3 is charm!

Joe, that's an amazing story. They were probably all in mint condition too, it's too bad you didn't get in on that action - I would have bought the box!

Poison_Us, I was quite surprised to pull this one out - a little bummed about the cracked back, but it still looks great from the front. I'll freak out if I find a green one!
