Any idea what this beautiful bottle contained?

I don't think it's a magnesia bottle, all the blue magnesia bottles I have seen don't have a pattern like that and they also say "Genuine Phillips"

Cool find. I second what CanadianBottles said—late patterned poison. The panels make me think 1930s.

I always thought they were magnesia bottles. Even found them with the chalky contents still inside.

I believe it is a more recent Milk of Magnesia bottle (screw top).

Your bottle was made by the Maryland Glass Corp. Baltimore Md, some time after 1916
