Looks like you've got a C, a C, and a P, plus a Co. One C is probably for "Chemical", due to the kind of bottle. The hard part is figuring out the order...

Got me stumped. I've looked through some resources from that area and closest thing I can find is Phoenix Candle Company or Clinton Pharmaceutical -- but those don't cover all the initials. I'll keep looking.

I think Phoenix Candle Company is perfect, I think what I first thought was a small "c" in the bottom loop of the "P" isn't meant to be that at all. I think the second "C" inside the larger one is for "Co."
