Anyone know the value of this open pontil dye bottle

Here's one that came out of a old log cabin years ago. It's open pontil not dug but still has dried content in it. one side embossed Howe & Stevens the oter side Family Dye colors. I cannot find it listed anywhere . Thanks for any help DMD

Its listed in my book, average value $35 in good condition.
