I just got a very cool bottle from behind the Iron Curtain, if you remember that stuff.. need help deciphering the text on this label.. seems the main message is "REFINED SPIRITS"

The glass is very thin and just about pure teal in color.. the finish is pinky-narrow...

Here's what I get Charlie....Bielsk is a county in Poland and I believe Bielju is a port city, and I love how wacky the bottom looks on this bottle..
