Are damaged bottles going up in value?

I 've got a rare damaged bottle in the American bottle auction, number 59...it's an interesting bottle but there's no telling how well it wil do....

I had a few soda bottles repaired by Wil Martindale in Florida and he did a excellent job, they had the tops broken off down in the neck area and he is very reasonable! I don't know if I will ever find a whole one or not so I wanted them repaired so they look good on my shelf.

$250 for this bottle in this condition is not a bad price since one in good condition would sell for $900+
If there is little hope to have a un-damaged example, why not get a less than perfect one. At least ya got one and can upgrade later if the conditions are right.
