Don't anyone wish for a drought. Got one here in NorCal. Not good. Of course everyone around here have auto-timer lawn sprinklers spraying sidewalks, driveways, water going right down the gutters every single morning at 5am. Only reason Ross Creek is still running in the middle of summer.
