base embossed need help

If I am reading this right it is embossed L B S with an 11 also present.

LBS- listed as maker/user unknown. Circa 1890-1900. Found on a green beer bottle made in a post mold.

A similiar bottle was found in Ont Canada while digging at a former brewery site. States the bottle is probably English in origin. (Toulouse)
