Wm. A. Selser was one of the first people to devise the way to bottle honey.

Rick It Is A Honey Jar I'll See If I Can Find It Again And Post The Info......I've Been A Bee Keeper For Years And Have Done Tons Of Res. On Them And A Major History Check When They Started To die Off I'll Find It Again Give Me Some Time.......77...[8D]

yeah J, I tried Jar also.I found out every thing there is to know about the man...Wm A Selser.Well not every thing but all I need to know.I have to zero in on the bottle.I know it is a honey bottle/jar,I knew that when I pulled it from the pit and cleaned it off.Finding out about Selser, reinforced it.ITS A HONEY BOTTLE.[:D]
He ran his Bee Keeper supply business in Philadelphia,so I am guessing the bottle was made there also.But maybe not.

I just checked and neither Selser bottle is in there.

At first I thought it was a junker olive jar because I saw the top first.But after I cleaned it off,I knew I had a weird one [8D]
