Hey thanks everyone, it has been a heck of a ride so far!
I have an in through out demo, (I've even buddied up with almost all of the large construction co. around anyway), but the project has run out of steam right now. The property was supposed to be demoed last spring, but the company had not acquired all the necessary property on schedule and also has postponed due to the housing market going bust. Right now there is no set date. But there are a lot of treasure hunters in the area. If left to long now it will be noticed that I've been in there and someone else will do that good thorough check for me!
