That's a great looking bottle. I haven't dug a nicely embossed whiskey quart since I was a kid. I think it was a G.O. Blakes. I used to find Hayner's pretty regularly, too. I'm pretty sure you can go to the Pre-Pro website and get the history of your bottle if you wanted it.
