I'm betting the Pfeiffer can was the yellow one, those are common & seem to hold up extremely well in outdoor dumps. the older 1930's Hamms are about the only valuable & desirable ones. post more

These are a few I've found recently. The honeycomb jar is cool can't read the bottom or photograph well. The Golden Guernsey from Paw Paw. The Lockshore Farms in Kalamazoo. The Gold Medal Dairy in Lawton. And a pint from Roelof Dairy in Galesburg.

I'm no expert on milks, I know some only get $5.00 & some well over $100 if rare. I like that Orange Pyroglaze Milk. Leon.

Thanks, those I've found quite a few but most have lost the lettering. I like to use them for flowers or just display for now. Where are you in MI? Anything special you collect?

When you find those milks or soda bottles with painted labels (acl) don't clean if they got fresh wet mud or dirt on them, that will wipe the label off, let them air dry out for a good month before cleaning. lightly brush with soft toothbrush. That will help retain the paint/color. I live in Detroit area but travel all over Michigan to dig. Leon.

That's good to know, thanks for the tip! I've had a good one come out the dirt but wiped right off with my glove. So now I know. I'm just glad for any that come out. Gets me excited to search
