Hi deepwoods !
Here's some info on your Bitters.
I'd say it is not a repo......The only repo's of this bottle that I know of are the Clevenger which is Cobalt/sapphire blue and a 10th anniversary bottle for the ESCBA that is ABM and is a Teal coloration ( embossed on the base with 1965 1975 ESCBA 10th Anniversary) . I will include a pic of the Clevenger bottle in this post.
There are 2 different sizes listed in Ring & Ham's. The first is P 122 POOR MAN'S / FAMILY BITTERS // f // f // f // Poor Man's Bitters Company Oswego , New York
9 5/8" x 3 7/8" x 2 1/2" ( 7 3/8" ) 3/8"
Rectangular , Aqua , NSC , 1 sp , Rare
2nd variant is listed as : P 123 POOR MAN'S / FAMILY BITTERS // f // f // f //
Bush Pharmacy Donald H. Burnside Proprietor 213 W. First St. Oswego , New York
6 3/8" x 2 3/4" x 1 9/16" ( 5" ) 3/8"
Rectangular , Aqua , NSC , Applied mouth and tooled lip , Scarce

In 1918, George Bush , operating as Bush Pharmacy , purchased the Poor Man's Bitters operation from the Mead's and at this time Donald Burnside became associated with Bush Pharmacy . Production of this Bitters ceased in the late 1930's.

If my memory serves me right.....I believe I have seen the smaller more common variant sell in the $ 35.00 - $ 45.00 range and the scarcer larger variant in the $75.00 - $100.00 range.
NSC = narrow square collar
// f // = flat panel
sp = sunken panel

Hope this info helps , and here's a pic of the Clevenger bottle . Brian

Thanks for the help fellas. Its definatly not a repro,because I dug it yesterday,along with a large,very old,very whittled,hinge-mold medicine(no embossing-Doh!),and a nice mocha-ware snuff jar. Cheers.

I'm noticing repros and new bottles have a distinctive ring around the bottom of them. It's unmistakeable and the very same on evry new bottle.
