It might be part of a Riddle Philadelphia soda. but not 100 percent sure they have a large fancy R on the back of them.

i can agree with that because this is the picture of the greenish one but it also comes in a cornflower just like the color of the shard pictured

Uwchland is about 20 miles west of Valley Forge, I'm just off the Downingtown Interchange of the PA Turnpike.

At first it appears to be a Heiss soda from Philadelphia:
