This bottle has me confused. It has obvious seams, but has a molded top and, I think, a faint seam that rolls over the top. It does have a mold number, 912, on the side of the bottle near the base. I see no makers mark. Any ideas?

It would be helpful to have some indication of size. If it is small, (about 6"), it may have held CERTA, which is used in making jelly. Those bottles have a ring around them.

The bottle is 7.5 " tall and 2.25" in diameter. I'll research that CERTA angle. It seems like my grandmother might have used that for making jam. Thanks!
