My brother is moving and downsizing. He gave me a few bottles he no longer wanted. Nothing rare or valuable but some cool ones I thought I'd share.
The first is a Dundee Marmalade. I see online people love this jar though this one is more modern. It does still have a neat stoneware look to it. The second is a pre-1921 Schlitz W.F.&S bottle. I posted about this bottle before. He had me tumble it for him. The third is a Kaukauna Butter crock. Not sure of age. Is it 50s-60s.? Cool little crock though. Fourth is a Phelps Dairy Waycross, GA. milk bottle. I only collect local milks so if any Georgia boys want it let me know. We'll work something out.

Couple of nice pieces to add for sure! I've only ever found broken versions of the Dundee's for some reason.

HI Hogtown Hunter,
Twenty years ago it seemed like every other tag/estate sale had a Dundee. The older (Victorian award winner in print) ones were the first to dry up in this neck of the woods. Plenty of the modern ones still around. --The odd part is they still sell well. I think the Kaukauna crocks went for a good bit in the 1950s-'60s with no change. They usually bring a decent return. .. I always favored their mall based competitor with the free samples. Hickory Farms forever!

Mmmm. Summer sausage and cheese free samples.:p Oddly enough H.F. has disappeared from the malls in the n.-eastern US but some of their items are just starting to become collectibles.
