Hey Gunth, that guy paid like $67,000 for that bottle I think. I'd have it in my hand at that price and not like that...

looks like the bottle was photo shopped in from the the other photo below it (the fish shaped bitters).
Maybe an inside joke?

I know him and his wife bought both bottles and paid a ton for them, that thing would be in my hand for that price for sure

Ferd Meyer the 5th sure has some nice bottles. His father was pretty active in the Baltimore bottle club years ago, along with founding the Delmarva club of which I am a member.

The pic does kinda look faked.

There is a good article by Ferd in the current FOHBC mag with a nice photo spread of his collection. He talks about his binders with pics of his collection. His mother brought those to one of our club meetings and they are impressive, lots of great figural bitters.
