Has anyone heard of this product? I have a bottle and will post pictures tomorrow. Clear, multi-sided, embossed with a Camel & Oasis, made by Atlantic Bottling Co., with Murfreesboro, N.C. on the bottom along with ABC. Thanks.

Last Thanksgiving I found the same bottle peaking out of a creek bed in Murfreesboro NC. Have you found anything out about it? I’ve had no luck.

Tried taking a crack at this one again. Did some research months ago with no results.

This time I found that the Atlantic Bottle Company was in operation from 1918-1930. glassbottlemarks says 1916 is the starting date of operation. Again relying on GBM, the company was in business prior to that but solely as a distributor.

The automatic bottle machine for sodas was introduced around 1910-1915. As ABco. was in business after that, your bottle could date from any year of operation.

its not bombshell information but its a start in the right direction. I did see a "squeeze" brand soda bottle also from Murfreesboro NC but it wasn't going for much. As it was a small town even back in the day (roughly 1,000 in 1930), I would guess that although scarce, it's not very valuable because few have lived there. Nevertheless, I'd hold on to it because some country town bottles are SUPER rare and valuable. I wouldn't know what it's local value is since I'm writing to you from Hawaii.
