I finally dug a hobbleskirt canadian Coca-Cola bottle this morning. Looking for more info than I found on my own . It has trademark registered contents on one side just trademark registered on other. Crystal clear glass and heavy, Dominion mark on bottom with 4A on one side and 48 on other. Is it rare and worth a bit.

Your bottle is from 1948 and I'm afraid is neither rare nor worth a bit. Post-war Canadian hobbleskirt Cokes are extremely common, probably the most common embossed Canadian soda you can possibly find. You've got to go back to the 10s and 20s to find the rare(ish) Canadian hobbleskirts, since ours didn't have city names on the base there wasn't much that could make one of them rare once Coke became a common product.
