Cartoon dog on base?

Found 2 bottles yesterday that are almost identical except the bases. They are clear, about 6" tall. On the bottom of one it looks like a comical cartoon dog with mouth open, very detailed. The other has a B in a circle with other identifying numbers. The dog base has a 9 and almost a signature of "L 13" (Could be upside down and be an "E 17". There are no other identifiers on the bottles. Any ideas??? Will send a picture later. Thanks!!

Welcome to the Forum. Yes, it would do best to post a picture. Once you do you will be inundated with guesses, information, and actual specifics on the bottle you post.
