Pectin like I believe.Used in canning. I can't quite make out the mark in your pic but I'd guess this one is from 1953. Certo in these amber glass bottles was fairly common through the '60s in my neck of the woods. ...Today, on a good day, about $10. --Nice car Kaleb. --Keep digging and good hunting!
