I found this almost complete bottle which reads CHAS.HARRIS then the address and JERSEY CITY NJ. I have not been able to find any information about this business or what was in the bottle. Also what does “registered not to be sold” mean?
Finally the two bases: they both have a small bump up in the middle. Not rough or jagged. Are they pontils and if so, what kind?
