This is a pre and post Christmas sale of a variety of bottles. There's something for everyone here. Some of the prices are fixed, some are negotiable. Questions welcome!
Nubian Tea For the Liver/ Spencer Medicine Co./ Chattanooga, Tenn. embossed Nubian with the words Trade Mark.
Good condition, overall medium staining. A tumble would make it sparkle. This is the scarce large size. Not one you see often!
$75 shipped
R. Matchett's Pure & Genuine Four-Fold Liniment. Mint with contents, label, and box. The box is in good condition, but there is a rip in the back and the top is missing. Early ABM bottle, I would date it from 1905-1915. Not very common, especially in this condition!
$35 shipped
Peppersauce bottle. A neat find. Embossed "3 Fluid Oz./ Peppersauce" I can't remember seeing a peppersauce bottle with the peppers still in it! A neat piece. 7.75" tall. Dug, with some wear and a <1/4" chip under the second P in peppersauce. Early ABM
$15 shipped
R.O.L. Co. medicine bottle. This was the Reading Optical Lens Co. Nice embossed Eye with radiating beams. Good condition, just a light overall wear that keeps it from sparkling. Someone painted the design white. 4.5" tall. A few years back it had a book value of $50-75
Asking $45 shipped
Dr. J.W. Poland's White Pine Compound. A nice early NH medicine. Good condition, light wear spots from being dug, no damage. Bold embossing and crude applied lip. 1870s
Asking $30 shipped
Fancy Cologne bottle. I don't know the name for the design. Excellent condition, crude uneven lip and smooth base. 5.5" tall. Probably 1870s
$25 shipped
Adlerika Natural Bowel Cleanser. Neat and unusual dose cup. Excellent condition, measurements on back. Dates from 1929-1935
$20 shipped
J.M. Farina Cologne A nice very early cologne bottle. Extremely crude, uneven and bubbly glass. There is an open bubble on the inside of the lip, I didn't find it to detract any from the bottle. Nice bold embossing. 4.5" tall. Solid open pontil scar. A simply great example of this bottle. 1830s-1850s
