Cleaning the Rust off this ACL?

Dug this bottle, its a hard one to find, and a mint condition one sold two years ago for $199.99. Obviously not mint condition, but what would be a good way to safely remove the rust off that Applied Color Label?

I have never discovered a good process for removing rust stain as it usually penetrates the label. Hope someone has some advice I would like to learn too.

I tired what was suggested on this site before and have had mostly good luck, "barkeepers friend" put some in your hand add a little water turn it into a paste. let it sit on the rust spot for a minute or two,very very gently work it in with a wet cloth or sponge. then rinse it off. Most acls it works well with,however some of the earlier bottles the acls were not as forgiven and can wear the paint down. I have also had luck with "soft scrub" but again not 100% I had a old whistle bottle that the label faded alittle.

I prefer a 24 hour soaking with Distilled White Vinegar followed by a gentle scrubbing with a Yellow/Green sponge.

I use Bar Keepers as well; however, that one is too far gone for it to do much. The acl is already worn off in places, bar keepers will only compound that.
