cobalt blue bottle NB&CO

I need help identifing this bottle. I havn't washed it very well yet. It says NB&CO on the lid and NB&CO 27 on the bottom. I would like to know if anyone can help me with the age, contents and possibly value. thank you...wm

Two Books I have Show a NBBGCO but not NB&CO. so closest I fine is
North Baltimore Bottle Glass Co, North Baltimore OH. 1885 to 1930
