This carrier was described to me as being made of masonite due to the need for metal during WWII.
I'm certain other sodas had similar carriers, and if anyone has one I'd love to see it! Bob

For anyone who cares, the marble on top of the one bottle doesn't really connect with anything, other than being a Coke logo marble.
I like marbles, so I sometimes include them in my photos. This one is made from Vaseline or 'Uranium' glass, and supposedly will glow under a black light. I haven't had a chance to check this out yet, but it still looks nice along side the Coca-Cola glass. Cheers, Bob

Cool carrier, I seen several. They sell for around 20 to 30 bucks in some places. [:)]
