Common or not Philly soda

Hi guys we recently found this soda . And just wondering if it is common or not. My guess is common being from Philly. It says JAMES M. ROBERTSON on the front. And THIS BOTTLE MUST BE RETURNED J M R , Thanks Don

Nice bottle! I don't know how rare, but I'd say it's relatively early.. maybe 1870's, judging from the shape and embossing.. the lip, is it applied or tooled?

It has an applied top. And 1870's sounds about right judging from the age of the pit it came out of . 1860 to 1880 pit.
