I got this blue vile the other day. It has a ground glass stopper inside. It is also threaded on the outside and has a metal dose cup that screws on and keeps the glass stopper in place. Although it has threads, the seam on the side does not go up through the neck of the bottle. I guess that could be fire polish or something. Basically, I have no idea. I just don't know enough to say one way or the other.
