This is a 4 1/2' tall (to lip) bottle seems to have an applied ring and bottom is very bumpy. It is Dark Ruby with some bubles and the clear white top has numerous bubbles.

Likely a parfume? It appears to have a rounded bottom you say is 'bumpy', can it be stood upright? Sounds real pretty, but from your pic it looks emerald green, you aren't color blind are you Dave.[;)] Ruby red items are real crowd pleasers[:)]

Hi Norm now that you mention it I do see a little green, but for sure it is a very dark ruby red. The top is Cystal clear but the picture shows a white rug coming thru. Darn pictures do confuse, it has a flat bottom and stands perfect.

Ground lip & stopper? Hey I just saw the pic of the base, now you really got me wondering, it looks fairly crude - the base that is.

Hi Norm, yeh I forgot to mention that it does have original ground stoper and bottle is free blown. You stopped short on the bottom, what would you guess, I am no good on pontils.
Thanks
Dave
