D.O.G. 13 embossing on old bottle

I assume the D.O.G. refers to the Glass company and the 13 the mould? Does anyone know which Glass company used those initials? Thanks in advance

I think its is D. O. C. 13 and Stands for Dominic O. Cunningham, a Pittsburgh manufacturer. He has various number sollowing his mark.
