Found these two at the Brimfield antique show this past week. The dealer had 3 half gallons, with the other being a Ball Mason. When I looked at these two I thought, "hey wait a minute, these 2 have the same mold number." After laying them side by side I realized that they had been made in the same mold! I don't take the greatest pics, but every letter and spacing lines up perfectly, a mirror image. I asked the dealer where he had got them, and he told me they came out of an estate in Maine. Pretty cool to think that the previous owner rode a horse and bought this pair, or more, from the general store a hundred years ago. If I didn't know any better, it is a Hemingray style lettering on the base mold number. I don't think as a pair they worth a ton, I guess more of a cool curiosity.
