I don't think this was chewing gum. Toothpaste maybe? Just under 3" tall. The usual what and when question applies. Thank you for your comments.

both bottles look to be in the 1900s era, that dentine bottle is nice, tooth powder?? also that larkin bottle is nice also, ive found alot of larkin stuff , but nothing like that bottle nice ! keep on diggin mike

Larkin Soap Co. Buffalo
Emeral green 2 3/4" x ? x ?
salt mouth, tapered bottom edge, distinctive shape.
No Date or value given

Short story
From 1909 tp 1920 the Larkin Bottles were manufactured by the company owned
Greensburg Glass Co.
Greensburg PA. Buffalo directories establish the firm of John D Larkin
manufactured pottey in 1875. Other items also
Liquidated most holdings in 1942
Several bottles shown of others, but only one shown with a date
Label Bay Rum 1898 ( Fikes)

Hi diginit,
Green Larkin's with stopper usually go for $20-30 depending on color and condition. Not really rare but one of the more desirable Larkin bottles because of color. Larkin made many household and cosmetic products betwwen 1890-1940's. Hope this helps.

David, That has got to be the greatest typing error I've read. Please do not put the R back in pottery- Larkin definitely made lots of......stuff!

Cool! Buffalo is only 15 minutes from where I originate. Maybe I'll find one or get one cheap!
