Help with ID / Maker of this bottle.

Need help identifying this bottle/maker’s mark. Someone suggest maybe British..
it is 5” tall with a 3” bottom diameter.
it was purchased at an auction in Pennsylvania.

I'm new too so probably not the best person to answer your question. But it seems that CWB mark is fairly common on old glass lid fruit jars. Good luck.

I have that mark listed on my site, (under C B W) , HOWEVER I have no idea on what it stands for. https://glassbottlemarks.com/bottlemarks-2/
The base shard in my photo posted on the site is one I found among debris mostly dating from the 1880-1910 period, found in Louisville KY many years ago. The jar (or bottle) is 10-sided, and very light amethyst. Here is a pic of that same base, showing it better at an angle.
At least that shows us that the mark was used on more than one type of container. My guess (repeat: guess) is that the initials stand for a condiment distributor/ food packing company. I'm not sure if this was from Great Britain or the US.
